305kW PROJECT IN CAPE COD WITH SKYRACK/FLASHGUARD

“Our challenge was finding a supplier with user-friendly hardware while maintaining a competitive price. Advanced Racking took feedback from our teams and others to create a system that really is designed for installers. The L-Foot and flashing assembly has reduced install time and minimized damage to shingles during installation. Our crew liked the ClicLoc clamps and Bond-Aid splices — they moved through the mechanical installations quickly. Since Advanced Racking manufactures the flashing, we were able to simplify ordering and save money."
— Ara, Blue Selemium Solar

502kW PROJECT WITH BLOCKMOUNT2 AT 3° MODULE TILT

"The customer service and tech support were very prompt and easy to deal with. The best aspect of the project was how quickly and easily the system went together."
— Dan, Crew Leader

The challenge for this client was finding a product with a high enough density and creating a design that optimized the building’s rooftop space while fully supporting the modules (no corner clamping). With our Blockmount2 system at a 3° module tilt in portrait orientation, we were able to deliver.

10kW PROJECT IN OREGON WITH VICERACK

“Vicerack was the perfect mounting solution. The unique design, supported by third-party testing, satisfied strict local structural & wind loading requirements. The tilted rack provided just enough boost in resource for the system to qualify for state incentives.”
— John Grieser, President, Elemental Energy

Product: Vicerack 20° landscape, square to the seam

780kW PROJECT IN ONTARIO WITH VICERACK

“This product is exceptional.”
— Will, Blue Water Energy

The customer’s deadline for a 780kW installation was less than six weeks from the date we began, and missing it would incur daily financial penalties. Weight capacities for the roof restricted equipment loading and the layout of the array made large crews impractical. Because our Vicerack system incorporates significant pre-assembly, we were able to install an average of 35kW per day with a crew of six. Even after losing days to poor weather and the additional time required to lift equipment to the roof, we completed the job on-time.

8.1kW PROJECT IN PHILADELPHIA WITH FLASHGUARD

“We were looking for the best way to ensure that our customers experience no leaks in their roofs for the life of the system. We have tried about all the flashings that are on the market. We found Flashguard to be the best — it provides 100% foolproof, approved long-lasting protection. It is easy to install and durable.”
— Mark, Exact Solar

1.1MW COMMERCIAL PROJECT IN NEW JERSEY

“The combined Vicerack and S5! E Mini Clamp helped us complete mechanical installation fast.”
— Michael, Advanced Green Technologies

The challenge for this project was identifying a racking system that could (a) safely mount the roof’s northeast sloping roof seams and provide a true south position for the solar panels, and (b) attach to the standing seam without voiding its pre-existing manufacturer’s warranty.

Advanced Racking provided the Vicerack mounting system to install the nearly 5000 panels across the seams. The system was positioned true south across the northeast slope using a 20° module tilt. The system will generate an additional 5.67% in annual solar production, and the roof's pre-existing warranty was maintained.
